Eligibility: (MA,MSc or BS in relevant subject)

Age: 22 to 28( 5 yr relaxation and 8 yrs for females).

Procedure for Apply

1.  

Advertisement Announed through Daily JANG News by Punjab Public Service Commission.

2. 

Apply online through PPSC website  by depositing Chalan PKR 600.

3. Centers for Exam are 

Lahore, Rawalpindi, BWP,Multan, Fsd, Sgd.

This advertisment Announced Almost every 2 to 3 Years after by concerned department through PPSC.

Selection criteria for the post of Lecturer

(In any subject)

Test _100 Marks(In final Merit it is to half i.e 50)

Interview 100

Acedamic  40

Higher Qualification(i.e Mphil.Phd) 10

Total Marks for final Merit 200.

Test Syllabus.

Qualification (Main subject in which candidate did his/her BS or Master degree) Based Mcqs__80.

General (Basic English, current affair, General knowlege, Pak.std, islamiat, Basic maths, Every day science each Contain 2 to 3 mcqs) total 20.

Total marks= 100

Test Preperation of Subject....)

Mostly Past tests were Comprised of 

Fsc, Bsc SYLLABUS 60 to 70%

(Fsc= 50%, Bsc= 20%)

MSC Syllabus was followed Upto 30%.

In any subject Specially Physical or Natural Sciences.

This syllabis is based Upon Past Papers Based Not final by FPSCc or PPSC.

Test Preparation Guidelines:-)

1. It needs Inerest, Determination and Hard_work.

2. Make a Schedule for this On daily basis

Subject  2 hours

General 1 Hour.

2 to 4 Months of Study with "Consisitancy*" is Enough for Qualifying Test.

Start from Matric Syllabus Books ,then Fsc, Bsc and Msc.

Prepare from simple to Complex.

Highlight Important Points or may be Prepare Notes by yourself on separate register.

 There is no Special Recommended Book for test but text books of FSc, Bsc and Msc are the best source of Preperation.

And for General Portion take One Book which is Enough. i.e Advanced PPSC Past Papers by Imtiaz shahid latest Edition.
